Before launching his insurance agency, Vance dedicated years to community service as the Founder and Executive Director of Father Matters (Fathers Mentoring Fathers), a nonprofit focused on strengthening fathers and families.
Through his work in the community, Vance was struck by a troubling reality: many families were financially unprepared for the unexpected loss of a loved one. Even more alarming, he discovered that many individuals carried more insurance coverage on their smartphones than on their own lives. This realization fueled his passion to educate and protect families through affordable final expense insurance solutions.
